KClear HR's founder, kath


Director & Consultant

Supporting businesses with their growth and people-related work is my passion!

I have over 26 years professional experience in a variety of commercial and HR roles and prior to starting KClear HR I was the HR Director for a global organisation of 80,000 employees worldwide and 7,500 employees in the UK.

I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and I hold a green belt in lean six sigma – a methodology that helps to reduce waste and optimise processes, resulting in both short and long-term strategic benefits in business.

Our ethos is one of partnership and flexibility, which ensures that you and your business gets the support you need, when you need it.



Mary Treadwell

HR Consultant

I have over 15 years of experience at different levels of generalist HR and recruitment and a passion for people development and empowerment.

Having achieved my CIPD level 7 in 2017, I have built on this with continued professional development and a keen interest in employment law.

I have a keen interest in Learning and Development and finding ways to help encourage employee engagement through people development.

Much of the work I have done has involved Business Partnering across many different sectors, logistics in particular and this has helped me to gain a robust, personable yet professional approach through all aspects of the employee lifecycle.




HR & Recruitment Coordinator

I’m a Human Resources professional with experience and involvement in a variety of areas, including administration, recruitment, payroll & benefits, and providing operational support.

I’m passionate about database management and working with new hires to ensure effective onboarding.

I’m working towards my Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development Membership.


“Why did you create KClear HR?”

I get asked this question a lot!

I left the corporate world to start KClear HR, partly to enable me to spend more time with and support my family, but mainly to use my energy, skills and experience to help businesses directly – helping them support and develop their people so they can grow and thrive.

I strongly believe that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and the majority of individuals don’t come to work to do a poor job.

If there is an issue with their performance, my objective is to find the route cause and address that.

Of course, as in the corporate world, it’s important that policies and procedures are put in place and adhered to, but I’m a passionate believer that we should never lose sight of the ‘human’ in Human Resources!
