“Why did you create KClear HR?”
I get asked this question a lot!
I left the corporate world to start KClear HR, partly to enable me to spend more time with and support my family, but mainly to use my energy, skills and experience to help businesses directly – helping them support and develop their people so they can grow and thrive.
I strongly believe that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and the majority of individuals don’t come to work to do a poor job.
If there is an issue with their performance, my objective is to find the route cause and address that.
Of course, as in the corporate world, it’s important that policies and procedures are put in place and adhered to, but I’m a passionate believer that we should never lose sight of the ‘human’ in Human Resources!
