How we price our services

When it comes to pricing, we have 3 objectives:

1. Our services are affordable and cost-effective.

2. You know what support you’ll get and what you’ll pay for it.

3. We’re transparent with you throughout.

But how do we reconcile those 3 objectives with the fact that every business is different, every set of HR requirements is unique, and things inevitably change over time?


We talk to you first so we understand what you need, then tailor a package of services to suit you.

Our prices for retained services can start from as little as £15 per employee per month (subject to a minimum) and our project or ad-hoc work is charged from £100 per hour. Where documents are provided, those are at fixed prices agreed up front.
